Benefits From Choosing Rebuilding Family Therapy

My experience in the mental health field includes working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples across a variety of settings. I value the therapeutic process and the opportunity to witness growth, healing, and meaningful change as clients work toward their personal goals.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. Together, we will identify the concerns and goals that are most important to you and develop a treatment plan that reflects your needs, strengths, and desired outcomes. Your perspective, input, and feedback are essential throughout the process, as they help guide our work and ensure that therapy remains meaningful and effective for you.

I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My role is to listen, offer guidance, and provide evidence-based strategies and practical tools to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and improve your overall well-being. I also encourage open communication about what is and is not working so we can adjust our approach to best support your progress.

My therapeutic approach is informed by Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I tailor these evidence-based approaches to meet your individual needs and collaborate with you to identify interventions and coping strategies that promote emotional well-being, personal growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
